    • Skills Training in Affective Regulation (STAIR)

    • Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)

I offer psychological assessment services focused on adult mental health and diagnostic clarification. These services are designed to help individuals better understand their experiences and guide treatment planning.

Areas of assessment include:

  • Diagnostic clarification (e.g., anxiety, depression, PTSD, personality disorders)

  • Trauma-related assessment

  • Sleep-related concerns (e.g., insomnia vs. anxiety-related sleep disturbance)

  • Screening for cognitive concerns (e.g., brief dementia screening)

  • General psychodiagnostic evaluation for adult psychopathology

What these services can help with:

  • Differentiating between overlapping conditions

  • Clarifying diagnoses to inform therapy or treatment decisions

  • Services are focused on adults (18+)

  • I do not provide:

    • Autism spectrum disorder evaluations

    • ADHD or learning disability testing

    • Full neuropsychological batteries
